FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DOES A PAWN WORK?
You bring us an item that you are wanting to get a loan on. We evaluate it based on Brand, Model, Condition, and Age. Then we give you a price we feel comfortable loaning on your item. If you agree to the amount, we then ask for a Valid United States ID and continue with the paperwork. Once the paperwork is complete you sign, give a finger print and we give you cash on the spot. Loans are based on 30 days. If you can't pick your item up in the first 30 days, you pay the small interest fee and that will extend you for another 30 days, until you have the full amount + small interest fee to pick up the item.
DO YOU REPORT TO CREDIT AGENCIES?
No we do not. Because we only deal in Collateral Loans, If you default on the item then the item just goes out for sale.
WHAT IF I CAN'T PICK UP MY PAWN IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS?
If you can't pick your item up in the first 30 days, you just pay the small interest fee and that will give you another 30 days (From the day you original pawned it). You can keep doing that, until you have the full amount to pick it up.
If you can't make it in on your due date to extend or pick up your pawn, You can give us a call and we would be happy to make an arrangement with you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A LOAN?
If your item is easily researchable and you have all the necessary pieces/parts, and identification then you can be on your way within 5-10 minutes.
DO YOU CONTACT ME IF MY PAWN GOES OUT FOR SALE?
We do send payment reminders to your email accounts. So if you provide us with a valid email, we will email you 5 days before your pawn loan is due, letting you know your payment is coming due.
IF I GIVE SOMEONE MY TICKET, CAN THEY PICK UP MY PAWN?
Unfortunately, no. To protect our customers and their property, only the original customer who pawns the item can pick up the pawn.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY TICKET TO EXTEND OR TO PICK UP MY PAWN?
No, as long as you have your Valid State ID, we can look up your pawn. We don't charge a lost ticket fee.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITEM SAFE?
Yes, we will not release any personal information or previous pawning information to any average joe. And your records will remain private.
With that being said, we do work closely with law enforcement that property being pawned or sold is legally the pledgers pawning the item. We download nightly to the police department of each item we take in and the customer who pawned it. Unfortunately stolen property does get pawned, we try to avoid it the best we can, but this helps to recover and track down the items and who pawns/sells it.
DO YOU HAVE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR SALE? AND ARE YOUR PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
Yes, we have a great selection of items available for sale. Any item on our show room floor is available for purchase. Bring the money and we will be happy to negotiate a price with you.
DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY FOR YOUR ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR SALE?
We do offer a free layaway plan. You put 25% down (which goes towards the price of the item) and you have 3 months to pay for the remaining balance. So if you see a item for $99, you put $25 down and you would have 3 months to pay the remaining $74.
