Transfer Fees:

​

• $10 per firearm transferred

• Additional $7.50 background check fee if you do not have a valid Utah Concealed Weapons Permit (Will Change 7/1/2025 to $13.00 for the background check fee.)

 

Examples (No Concealed Permit):

• 1 firearm: $10 + $7.50 ($13*) = $17.50 ($23.00*)

• 2 firearms: $20 + $7.50 ($13*) = $27.50 ($33.00*)

*Background check will change to $13 on 7/1/2025.

Examples (With Concealed Permit):

• 1 firearm: $10

• 2 firearms: $20

No price change for concealed permit check.

Prices listed are for cash price. If on a card,5% card fee will apply.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

 

• FFL to FFL Transfers Only – We do not accept private party shipments from out-of-state.

• If we receive a firearm from a non-FFL out-of-state seller, a $100 per item fee will apply.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the seller is an FFL and complies with our policy.

• Utah State ID is required for all transfers. We do not accept out-of-state IDs.

• If your address does not match your ID, bring proof of address (utility bill, lease, registration, etc.).

• Firearms will only be released to the person named on the invoice. No exceptions.

• We do not split orders between multiple people.

 

 

 

Outgoing Transfers:

We can ship firearms out of state to other FFL dealers.

​

• $35 per firearm or serialized item, plus shipping cost

• We do not ship to the following states:

Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington (state), Washington D.C.

Storage Policy:

Firearms not picked up within 30 days of delivery will be considered abandoned and may be sold.
